Returns
ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS MUST FIRST BE ADDRESSED VIA EMAIL TO:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you receive a damaged or defective item, you may return it for a replacement or an exchange.
We accept returns if postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We cannot accept returns beyond these parameters.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and must be appropriately packaged for safe return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for items we receive that are not in their original condition. Items received damaged or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returnable.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but you may return an item for replacement, exchange or credit to your account.
Sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your purchase for a different item, please see our ‘Return’ section for appropriate action.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you are shipping an item over $50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
